Each fall, during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, business leaders in our community celebrate Bakersfield employer and employee champions at the annual HIRE Celebration & Awards Luncheon.
Bakersfield employers have strongly supported our efforts to foster and promote employment opportunities for citizens with disabilities. Employers have in turn been rewarded with responsible and loyal employees, intent on achieving success.
