Están invitados a una reunión para repasar y brindar sus comentarios sobre el nuevo formato estatal proponiendo y estandarizando el Plan de Programa Individual. Este formato deberá ser implementado por todos los centros regionales a partir del 1 de enero de 2025.
Esta reunión será en español y habrá interpretación en inglés. Esta reunión está disponible al público y habrá tiempo para brindar sus comentarios.

You’re invited to attend a meeting to review and provide feedback on the proposed standardized and statewide Individual Program Plan/Person-Centered Services Plan template that all regional centers will implement and use starting January 1, 2025.
This meeting is in Spanish, but we will be offering interpretation in English and ASL. This meeting is open to the public and time will be allotted for public comments.
