Feras was hired as an intern through the Bakersfield ARC’s Tailored Day Services program and SAMCO and was so successful at learning and performing his job role, as well as impacting the company, employees, and customers daily, that he was hired by SAMCO at the end of his internship. This was the goal from the beginning, for Feras to become an integral part of this community and pursue his goals and dreams of working.
