CAPK is hosting a Water Bill Assistance Event in the city of Bakersfield in partnership with Assemblywoman Dr. Jasmeen Bains and Cal Water!

This event is meant to help those who are income-eligible in our community afford their water bill. This is a free program meant to help you at your point of need.
